What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This policy applies to chestercountychristmaslights.com, run by Chester County Christmas Lights (“we”, “us”), a holiday lighting company serving Chester County, the Main Line and nearby towns in Pennsylvania. It covers the quote form on this site and the calls, texts and emails that follow from it. Other websites we link to have their own policies.
What you send us
The quote form asks for:
- your name and phone number
- your email address (optional)
- the property address
- the service you want, your timing and anything you write in the message box
- whether you own the property, and whether you agree to be contacted
When you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can quote and plan the job.
What the website records on its own
When you visit or send the form, the site receives basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page that referred you. We use these to keep the form working and to filter out spam and automated submissions.
We may use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel (from the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our ads lead to quote requests. These tools can use cookies. When a form is sent, a record of it may be passed to Meta with contact details in a scrambled (hashed) form for ad measurement. You can block or clear cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences in your Google and Facebook account settings.
How we use it

- to prepare a quote and schedule installation, takedown or delivery
- to keep records of your job and our conversations
- to protect the site and form from spam and abuse
- to understand how people find us and whether our advertising works
Text messages and phone calls
The quote form includes a checkbox reading “I agree to be contacted by Chester County Christmas Lights by phone, text or email about my request.” It starts unchecked. If you check it, you agree that we may call and text the number you gave about your request, for example to follow up on your inquiry, go over your quote and confirm installation, takedown or delivery dates.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can get a quote and hire us without it.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- How often we text depends on your request.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming it, then stop.

- We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
To stop calls, tell us on any call or phone (610) 819-5409. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who sees it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, the customer-management and messaging software we use to reply to you, and the analytics and advertising tools named above. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to quote, carry out and follow up on your job, and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner, unless we have to keep something by law.
Your choices

Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property or an event. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
