What Happens After You Get in Touch

What helps us quote
- The property address, so we know the house or building and the town.
- What you want lit: the roofline, windows, porch, trees, shrubs, a walkway, a storefront or an event space.
- Any look you have in mind, such as warm white or multicolor, big C9 bulbs or mini lights.
- For an event, the date and the venue. For a tree, the delivery address.
- Whether you live in a community with an HOA that has rules about decorations.
Photos of the front of the house are welcome once we are talking, but they are not needed to get started. If you are not sure what to ask for, say so. “Make the house look good from the street” is a fine place to start, and we work it out from there.

Questions Before You Call
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Asking for a quote costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Tell us about the property and what you want lit and we will price it.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I call?
No. A rough idea is enough to start, like lighting the roofline and the tree by the door. We can help you decide on colors, bulb types and where the lights go.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. For seasonal, business and event lighting we supply the lights and take them away afterward. Permanent lighting is different: it is installed on your house to stay.
Is takedown included in the quote?
For a seasonal home installation, yes. Takedown and storage come with the install, so there is nothing extra to arrange after the holidays. For a business or an event, ask about takedown when you request your quote.
Can I ask about more than one service at once?
Of course. If you want the house lit and a Christmas tree delivered, or lights for the business and a holiday party, mention all of it in the form or on the call.
